I happily accept Paypal for fast, reliable and buyer protected payment processing. Once at checkout, you will be redirected to the Paypal site to enter your payment information, and then will be linked back to the order confirmation page here on ohmelody.com!
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority mail and usually shipped out within 5 business days. Items shipped by Priority Mail are usually received in 3 to 4 business days after being shipped, while First Class shipping orders are usually received in 5 to 8 business days after being shipped.
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct on your Paypal invoice and / or on your ohmelody.com account information. I am not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping addresses.
I only ship to the U.S. at this time.
Order Status / Tracking / Late Deliveries:
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be automatically emailed to the email address provided during purchase. You can use the tracking number to track the package on the USPS website.
If you create a customer account here on ohmelody.com, you will be able to check on your order status for all current and past purchases. Please login to your customer account and click on “View” under your Recent Orders.
Occasionally packages will be delayed in delivery. If the tracking number shows that it has been accepted by the post office, it is beyond my control. If a domestic parcel has not been received within 21 days of shipping, please contact me at email@example.com.
It is not my responsibility to track every item. If an item appears to be delayed, I recommend contacting your local post office.
Returns / Exchanges / Damaged or Defective Items:
All sales are final, and I do not offer refunds. I am not responsible for any damages or loss incurred during shipping, however, in case you have a problem, please contact me immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org – we’ll find a solution!
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives, and contact me within 5 days of receipt of delivery if for some reason there is damage or defect to your item and you’d like to exchange it. Please take a digital photo of the item and the package and notify me immediately with your order number. I can replace and exchange small orders, but returns must be shipped back within 14 days. Please send an email to email@example.com to return and exchange damaged items.
The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs on items returned and exchanged. In such a case I will send you a separate invoice via Paypal for the shipping costs on any items exchanged.
Please note that colors may appear slightly different in real life than they appear on screen due to the way different computer monitors are calibrated. Please also note that some items are handmade or made to order, and variations in each of those products are part of the individuality of your item.
We collect sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in California. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state and use tax laws.
